'Island Talk' - the result of STAG's Workshop Collaboration Project, a new venture for 2020. This devised piece focuses on the central character of Freya McKinley who has disappeared from the small Scottish island community in which she lives and works. Join us in piecing together her story from characters important to her both in past and present. There is no interval in this piece so take a break and return to Freya's story whenever you like. All proceeds from 'Island Talk' ticket sales are being donated to Launch Foods, a charity that provides free meals to vulnerable children across Glasgow. The link to tickets can be found at the event page here: https://fb.me/e/bDnATqkcq And you can read more about Launch Foods' work here: http://www.launchfoods.org A couple of legal bits and pieces: Freya McKinley and the characters that are featured in this project were devised by the Workshop Collaboration Project participants. Any resemblance to actual persons (living or deceased) is purely coincidental. Island Talk has no affiliation Scottish Highland Council - graphics are reproduced as parody.
