Dive down the rabbit hole into the world of your own imagination with STAG-Nights 2015 "Wonderland"! The three-day festival, held at the Art School between November 22-24th, will feature nine plays of about 20 minutes in length, as well as numerous installations, all centred around creativity!

After Armageddon
A strange disease has spread across the world breaking down societies and bringing the world to a startling halt. Two friends have managed to survive and are celebrating a new year. However as much as their world has changed, their friendship is threatened by the attaction one has towards a woman, Mel, that they have came across on their travels.
This play explores how relationships can change and alter in the face of new adverseries but also when we meet new people.

Watch what happens when people get sucked into the omnipresent virtual world - it might just change not only what they do but who they are. An Afternoon at Groucho’s
Welcome one and all to Groucho's Magical Musical Emporium! A wonderous warehouse containing the most eclectic and tantalising collection of musical artifacts this side of Derbyshire! However over time the magic has somewhat disappeared; with the shop slowly becoming dominated by rules and regulations, its former majesty is all but gone.
Still, there is hope for the store in the form of its two curious employees, Smiley and Munch, who one day decide to rebel against the strict rule of their employer. Through a blend of miming and clowning watch our unlikely heroes slowly unravel the secrets behind the emporium, and despite the tyranny of the shop's owner quickly come to love the sounds they have been so adamantly denied.

Have you ever been walking a long, lonely road, when something takes you off the well trodden path? Come across something strange and unusual, yet endlessly enticing? Michael, has been travelling the road in the search of some adventure and to find his purpose (as wandering young men are wont to do) and comes across the “Carnivale di Monate Filatura”. After joining them he discovers that all is not well with the carnival as their members are disappearing at a frightening rate and the potentially-a-witch Baba Dusza, is somehow, inscrutably, yet definitely involved. With the help of his new friend Blackbird, he aims to solve the mystery of just what is happening at the Carnivale di Monate Filatura.
Boy. Girl. Boy. Boy. Star
"My mum told me a story when I was little; About a boy and a girl, and a star..."
In 1998, a boy and a girl climb a hill to watch a meteor shower. Things are going well until the girl is hit by a falling star. In 2015, two young men tumble home together. Things are going well until one of the boys drops a bombshell of his own.
'Boy. Girl. Boy. Boy. Star.' is a play about being in the wrong place at the right time. As two seemingly disconnected stories interweave, two couples learn important lessons about intimacy, loss, and celebrating the time you have.
Bunker Down

Total nuclear war has engulfed the world leaving all land on earth scorched with fire and radiation. The last surviving remnants of humanity now reside in fallout shelters shielding them away from harm till the surface can support life again. Years have passed and these bunkers, and their inhabitants, are starting to fall apart.
One bunker in particular is starting to crack. With life support breaking, a ferocious cry for war and a troublesome singing robot it is safe to say tensions in the bunker are at an all time high. And if things couldn’t get any worse there is something knocking from outside the bunker door wanting to get in.
Bunker Down is an exploration of how humanity can rebuild society and how it should be ruled.
